Wayside Livery is owned by Alice & Dom, purchased in 2022, the yard needed a little bit of love to bring it up to scratch.
Alice has owned horses from a young age, and has since been working in the equine industry for her whole career. Starting off as a groom, through to home rider for an international showjumper, to building a successful supplement company & equine distribution business. Her passion is showjumping, but has stepped down to more of a pleasure rider as the business has grown.
Dom grew up with horses on his grandads farm in Wales, so spending any time around a friendly horse face brings back great memories for him. Working as a risk & data analysist in the city is a bit of a change from life on the yard, but Dom enjoys the contrast & switching off doing jobs on the yard is one of his greatest pleasures.
As a pair we make a great team – Alice knows horses inside out & Dom is meticulous about the important details, both things that are so important for a yard to run smoothly!
